The Future of Dairy

Milk production is rapidly transforming in Brazil. Over the last 10 years, the production system has consolidated, with larger and more technologically advanced farms matching the best in the world. At the same time, new challenges have emerged: maintaining scale with efficiency, addressing labor shortages, incorporating new technologies, and embracing themes that were once off the radar — such as consumer relations, sustainability (including the carbon market), and attracting private capital.

The Milk Pro Summit was born as a response to this scenario, creating a unique event that became a huge success in its first edition in 2025. An event designed for those leading milk production in Brazil, who must make increasingly strategic decisions. In 2026, the Summit will be even more robust, featuring, among its highlights, the award ceremony for the 100 largest dairy producers.
